Mother immortalised in children's book
Mother of two, Linda Doyle never imagined that one day she would be the main character in new children’s book.
Thanks to her husband Wayne, she is now poised to become a famous book character.
Linda is a little overwhelmed about being the central character, but the resemblance is remarkable.
While the mother in the book has been bungy jumping, climbed Mount Everest, and can eat a truck load of jelly beans and still feeling hungry, Linda admits to not being that adventurous.
"It's quite nice being immortalised in a book," says Linda. "But unlike the mum in the story, I haven't played golf on the moon, or been chased by a dinosaur. Although, I do like jelly beans."
